1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that inventory information displayed on the Site is accurate, but we do not guarantee that any product will be in stock or available for purchase at any given time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without liability. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site and may have limited quantities. Product colors, sizes, and other attributes displayed on the Site may vary slightly from actual products due to monitor settings, photographic lighting, and other technical factors; such variations do not constitute grounds for return or refusal of an order unless the product received materially differs from its description.

We reserve the right to limit sales to certain geographic regions, to refuse service to any customer, and to prohibit resale or commercial use of our products. Any unauthorized commercial use of products purchased from Ambixy, including but not limited to resale, distribution, or bulk purchasing for business purposes, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order at the prices and on the terms then in effect. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ambixy. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, or any violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is merely confirmation that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs only when we ship the products to you or otherwise notify you that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to contact you to verify order details, payment information, or your identity prior to accepting and processing any order. Failure to respond to such verification requests may result in cancellation of your order.

Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of order acceptance. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including all applicable taxes and any other charges disclosed at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided in connection with any order and that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, unusually large orders, orders placed from high-risk jurisdictions, or any other circumstances that raise reasonable concerns, we reserve the right to take additional verification steps, delay shipment, or cancel the order entirely. We may report suspected fraudulent transactions to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to our acceptance of the order.

We strive to ensure that all pricing information on the Site is accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as practicable and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you or you do not respond within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has been processed. In the event of a pricing error that results in an overcharge, we will refund the excess amount. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors that result in an undercharge, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. As the purchaser, you are responsible for the payment of all applicable sales, use, excise, value-added, and other taxes, duties, and charges imposed by any governmental authority on your purchase. If you believe you qualify for a sales tax exemption, you must provide acceptable proof of exemption prior to order completion; exemptions are granted at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Payment

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods accepted on the Site. We currently accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. In the event that your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We may attempt to contact you to resolve payment issues, but we are under no obligation to do so. If payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable time, your order may be canceled. We reserve the right to refuse any payment method and to require alternative payment arrangements before processing or shipping any order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only. Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of order acceptance. Standard delivery typically takes three (3) to five (5) business days within the United States following dispatch.

Shipping within the United States is free of charge. There are no shipping costs added to your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, customs clearance (if applicable), and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery or any consequences arising from such delays.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you or for packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete or inaccurate address information. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

7. Returns and Refunds

Ambixy offers a thirty (30) day return window from the date of delivery. This return window is our own store policy; there is no general statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online sales under federal law or the law of most U.S. states (with limited exceptions for certain product categories and sales methods not applicable here). Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which sets forth the complete terms and conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds, including eligibility requirements, the process for initiating a return, condition requirements for returned items, refund methods and timing, and any exclusions or limitations.

To be eligible for a return, products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to special return conditions as specified in our Return Policy. You are responsible for initiating a return within the thirty (30) day return window and for complying with all procedures and requirements set forth in the Return Policy.

Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. No right, title, or interest in any Content or trademarks is transferred to you as a result of your access to or use of the Site.

In such jurisdictions, our liability and the liability of our affiliates, licensors, and suppliers is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
